The goal of Escape from Tarkovis to get as much loot as you can during a raid and extract as soon as possible. Salewa Kits are a healing item that is needed to complete the first quest for the therapist vendor. With the Escape from Tarkov servers being frequently wiped and players starting the quests back from square one, it’s good to know how and where to find Salewa Kits. They’re hard to find, but there are a few reliable places to locate them.
5 Custom Is Great For Early Raid Missions (& Salewa Kits)
The Medical Building Upstairs Has A Salewa
Custom is an ideal open-world location to play to gather Salewa Kits for the Therapist’s mission. A good location to check out is in the storage room upstairs in the Medical Building south of Warehouse 17. The Medical building is also colloquially called “the Crack House. "
Back Of The Van On The Road To The Old Gas Station In Custom
Just northeast of the Old Gas Station extraction point is a van with open backdoors. A Salewa Kit can be found in that van . Be careful, as this is an extraction point, and there is a Scav sniper further south near the border of the map.
Warehouse 4 Near The Old Gas Station On Custom
Just north of the Old Gas Station is Warehouse 4. On the ground floor, there is a hole in the floor. Inside, there is a dead body covered in a sheet. Here is another Salewa Kit spawn point .
4 Interchange Is Another Fairly Reliable Map
The Mantis Store On The Bottom Floor of the Mall
On the bottom floor inside the Ultra Mall on Interchange, there is a store just called “Mantis. " It’s a war zone in the early stages of a raid, but the Mantis store is also a great place to find medical supplies , Salewa Kits included.

Four Ambulances To The West
On the west side of Interchange, four scattered ambulances may have Salewa Kits spawning in the back.
Underground Parking Garage Crates
Salewa kits can also be found scattered in the underground parking garage on top of crates.
3 The Reserve Map Is Less Ideal But Still An Option For Salewas
The White Bishop Building Is A Medical Facility
Reserve is notable for the chess pieces on the building . The White Bishop Building is near the center of the map and can spawn Salewa Kits . Many of the rooms in the building do require a key to unlock, but some do not. Salewas can still be found in the unlocked rooms. This is likely the most useful location for Salewa’s on the map and is a good place if you can survive it .

The Black Pawn Building Can Also Have A Salewa Kit
The Black Pawn Building, located on the northwest end of the map, has a medical storage room on the second floor. Salewas can be found here as well.
Courtyard Forklift Is Near A Med Crate
There is a helicopter in a courtyard between the two Pawn Buildings, the Black Bishop Building, and the White King Building . Near the helicopter are a forklift and a medical crate.
2 There’s A Good Salewa Spawn In The Lighthouse Map
Near the Scav Extract on the eastern side on the east end of the main road, there is a Scav extraction point at a tunnel. Nearby is a pile of bodies with medical supplies scattered around. A Salewa Kit can be found here as well.
1 Shoreline Is A Harder Place For Salewas, But It’s Possible To Find Them
The Health Resort Is A High-Risk, High-Reward Location
The Health Resort is a building in the center of the map. It is also a place to find plenty of Scavs and other PMCs. However, if you can dodge getting shot several times here , there are Salewa Kits to be found in the Health Resort. Unfortunately, many of the rooms are locked, but some are unlocked and contain Salewas. On the southwestern corner of the map, there is a tunnel extraction point. Nearby, two ambulances can spawn Salewa Kits . This is another fairly risky place to check out, but there is an island to the southeast of the tunnel extraction point. It’s called “Scav Island” and is a frequent spawn point for AI Scavs. However, if you can deal with them, it’s a low-traffic area for players. On the island, there is a shed that can spawn Salewa Kits within .
